Our co-ordinators visited STW and Tractor groups and also in land development groups in different villages under different ADO circle in Dhubri District. Co-ordinators are processing the farmer’s contribution for the different Scheme also examines their log book and the register, and help them to maintain the different books

We have also done base-line surveys of land development in different ADO circle in Dhubri District. Our co-ordinators have visited some Tractor groups for Bank Linkage where some groups of Tractor group under different branch of nationalize bank of Dhubri District has been finalized for bank loan. In this respective bank, our co-ordinator helped some groups
to opening bank A/C. and linkage the groups with their respective banks. Co-ordinators also visited all the banks and also the zonal office; for helping the some groups for sanction the loan.

Apart from the specific task were also engaged in other several activities with the beneficiaries. Among them our c0 ordinators have formed tractor groups in all the division 82 ot Dhubri district, also visited the existing groups of tractor, STW and LLP, monitoring their activities and also visited their crops field.

To maintain the cohesiveness among the members of the groups participatory planning is much more important for the survival approach of the groups. The co-ordinators visited the ASG or SHG Groups and sharing with the villagers about the future planning to
tadilitate the ASG group or SHG for group savings and Membership contribution. Here, CO-ordinators were our discussed with the groups about the raising of fund; inter lending and
micro finance for the future course of action as they can make their venture sustainable for
long term even after completion of the project also.
